    和农牧业集团成立于2005年。是以饲料生产、种畜禽繁育、粮食收购、对外贸易为主的畜牧业集团企业。目前拥有四平和农、四平久亿久、长春和农、绥化和农等七个分（子）公司，年饲料生产能力60万吨。在短短的时间内，和农牧业集团带动了数千名经销商和数万多养殖户走上致富的道路。
和农先后被评为市农业产业化重点龙头企业、牧业生产先进企业、吉林省饲料行业诚信企业、农业产业化省级重点龙头企业。吉林省科技创新示范企业、吉林省科技创新先进企业、吉林省饲料协会会长单位、中国饲料工业协会理事单位，“和农牧”品牌荣获“吉林省名牌饲料产品”与“吉林名牌”称号。先后通过了“ISO9001：2008质量管理认证”和“HACCP食品安全认证”。 2012年8月份和农牧乳猪奶料荣获中国农业食品博览会金奖。

    饲料市场主要分布于吉林、辽宁、黑龙江、内蒙、河北等省份。集团集中80%以上的资源配置到猪料研发上，创立了以“和农牧乳猪奶料”和“D系列猪用配合饲料”为核心产品的858营销模式。公司将现代化管理制度与特色的企业文化相结合。拥有一支管理、研发、营销及生产、后勤保障人才队伍组成的管理团队，集团现有员工400余人，其中博士学位3人，硕士研究生10人，大中专以上学历占50％以上。
